London Called…

…and I had to answer, of course. Getting the megabus down was a joy as ever, although York is so damn small that I ended up heading down with not one but two people I knew and bumped into another before then, of course leading to a conversation about comics – as ever, the highlight of any day.

Now I’m in my friend Liv’s place waiting for other folks to arrive trying to cope with what she might describe as ‘guilty pleasure music’, but I would actually call ‘crying in the corner of nightclub tunes’.

I’m also trying to convince her to write a guest blog, but the topics we’ve come up with – ranging from but not limited to her music and recent romantic endeavours – haven’t exactly stuck. I’m hoping to get everyone I stay with over the weekend to write one, but we’ll see how it goes.

I’m sure Jack’ll write one, if no-one else. You’ll like Jack. He’s a funny’n.
